Cancellation Policy

Q) What if my customer wants to cancel the order?

All orders begin production almost immediately after purchase. After the order is placed we cannot promise cancellation or refund.  

 

Q) What if we contacted you just after placing an order?

We can try to do cancellation within or less than 24 hours from your purchase, but not guaranteed.

 

Please send a message to info@podify.app to cancel an order, we will do the cancellation if possible.
