Customer Refunds

Podify refunds the merchant in the following cases:

  • There was an order defect or mistake due to Podify’s error
  • An order was not able to be successfully delivered due to Podify’s mistake
  • An order was able to be canceled before it was sent out

Podify does not refund for poorly submitted photos, address mistakes due to customer error, and fraudulent orders.  The merchant is possible for properly submitted artwork, correct addresses, and protecting their store from scam customers.

We recommend processing orders individually to minimize mistakes.
