If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged, or in bad quality, please contact Podify support at email@example.com and attach photos of the errors. Our team will rectify it for you and arrange a replacement as soon as possible. That’s our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued if your customer receives a damaged product.
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, a full order refund will be issued to your Podify’s account within 2 business days after notifying our support team.
