Q) What if the order arrived damaged?
We offer a refund on all products that are defective or damaged and the merchant must send proof of defects.
Q) In case the refund is not yet received or delayed?
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time (3-5 working days) before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Q) For items which I bought in Sale, will I get a regular refund?
Items purchased during a sale will mean the sale price will be refunded.
Q) What if the customer submitted an incomplete/incorrect address?
Podify does not refund for address mistakes due to customer error and fraudulent orders. Merchants are responsible for that.
Q) I received the wrong order, what should I do?
We can offer a refund or replacement only when we get pictures and a video clip of what you have received.
