Q) Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of the products, we only accept returns if the products arrive defective, or Podify made a mistake in the order. 


Q) How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless the products arrive defective and the merchant sends proof of defects.


Q) How to initiate a return?

Please contact us we will let you know the process.

In your email, include the following:

1.Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)

2.Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)

3.The email address you used to complete your order


Q) Who will bear the return shipping cost?

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Podify.
